1. Applicable terms and organiser
Pulsar Create to Earn is a community content contest organised by Pulsar Money SRL (“Pulsar”).
The Pulsar Money Terms and Conditions apply to participation in this campaign. These campaign terms describe the entry requirements, judging process and promotional rewards. Applicable Points, card, Feature Schedule and separately accepted Provider Terms continue to govern their respective services. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
2. Campaign period and important dates
The contest opens on 13 October 2026 and closes on 21 October 2026 at 00:00 UTC.
Entries must be published during this period and submitted through the official submission form before the closing deadline. Publishing content without submitting the form does not complete an entry.
Entries open: 13 October 2026.
Publication and submission deadline: 21 October 2026 at 00:00 UTC.
Winners announced: 26 October 2026.
Points credited: Within four business days after participant and reward verification.
3. Account eligibility and verification
A Pulsar account that can receive Pulsar Points is required to receive a reward.
Account and feature eligibility, country availability and verification requirements remain those in section 4 of the Pulsar Money Terms and Conditions.
Participants must provide accurate information in the submission form and any information reasonably necessary to verify their entry and credit their reward.
4. Entry requirements
To enter, participants must:
Create an original piece of content clearly about Pulsar.
Publish it during the campaign period and make it publicly accessible.
Mention @PulsarMoneyApp and clearly identify the content as an entry in the Pulsar Create to Earn contest.
Submit the public content link through the official submission form before the deadline.
Provide their Telegram username, X profile link and other required information requested in the form.
Only one entry per person is permitted. Using multiple profiles or accounts does not increase this allowance.
An optional supporting link may provide source material, background information or another way to review the same entry. It must not be used to submit a second entry.
Accepted formats include X threads, X articles, blog posts, videos, illustrations, infographics, animations and comics. Other formats are accepted if they meet the same requirements.
Entries may be created in any language. The same judging criteria apply regardless of language.
Participants must have created the submitted work and have permission to publish any third-party material included in it. Entries must not expose personal account information, card details or other people’s private information.
Descriptions of product features and campaigns must reflect current information, distinguish upcoming features from those available today, and accurately explain relevant conditions.
5. Judging and winner selection
Pulsar will assess valid entries using the following criteria:
Accuracy: Whether the content explains Pulsar correctly.
Usefulness: Whether it helps someone understand the product.
Originality: Whether it presents a distinctive idea or perspective.
Execution: Whether it is clear and well presented in its chosen format.
The top 10 entries will receive the ranked prizes listed below.
Likes, views and follower counts will not determine the winners. Praise alone will not earn a higher score; honest experiences and useful explanations are welcome.
6. Prize pool and participation rewards
The total available reward pool is 21,900 Pulsar Points, comprising 16,900 Points in ranked prizes and up to 5,000 Points in participation rewards.
Placement | Reward |
1st place | 3,000 Pulsar Points |
2nd place | 2,500 Pulsar Points |
3rd place | 2,000 Pulsar Points |
4th place | 1,800 Pulsar Points |
5th place | 1,600 Pulsar Points |
6th place | 1,400 Pulsar Points |
7th place | 1,300 Pulsar Points |
8th place | 1,200 Pulsar Points |
9th place | 1,100 Pulsar Points |
10th place | 1,000 Pulsar Points |
Participation rewards
The first 100 valid entries, determined by the submission time recorded in the official form, will each receive 50 Pulsar Points.
Only entries meeting the campaign requirements count towards this limit. Each participant may receive one participation reward.
Top-10 winners may also receive the 50-Point participation reward if their entry is among the first 100 valid submissions. This reward is additional to their ranked prize.
If fewer than 100 valid entries are received, the participation reward allocation will be correspondingly lower.
7. Notification and reward crediting
Winners will be announced on 26 October 2026. Pulsar will use the X username participants provided in the form for announcements.
Rewards will be credited directly to the verified participants’ Pulsar accounts within four business days after verification is completed.
Verification may include confirming that the participant created the entry, complied with the one-entry rule and can receive Points in the identified Pulsar account.
Participants should ensure their contact details and submission links are correct and accessible.
8. Points and cashback redemption
All campaign rewards are awarded in Pulsar Points, rather than as direct cash payments.
Awarded Points may be redeemed for cashback in Pulsar, subject to the Points program’s transaction requirements, redemption rules and any applicable limits or expiry conditions. Receiving a contest reward does not waive those conditions.
See Pulsar Points explained for earning and redemption guidance.
9. Content rights and personal data
Participants retain ownership of their entries. If Pulsar would like to feature an entry on its channels, it will contact the creator to agree permission and creator credit separately.
Information submitted through the form will be used to administer the contest, review entries, verify participants, communicate about rewards and arrange reward crediting. Personal data is handled in accordance with the Pulsar Privacy Policy.
Participants should not submit private keys, recovery phrases, full card details or other sensitive account credentials.
10. Prohibited use and taxes
The prohibited-use rules in section 18 and Appendix 1 of the Pulsar Money Terms and Conditions apply, including the prohibition on manipulating reward programs.
Plagiarised work, impersonation, false submission information and attempts to obtain multiple entries or participation rewards contrary to these rules may result in disqualification.
Tax responsibilities follow section 17.5 of the Pulsar Money Terms and Conditions.
11. Changes, suspension or termination
Pulsar may modify, suspend or end the campaign for a valid reason. Notices, consent where required, accrued rights and consumer protections follow the applicable Pulsar Money Terms and Conditions.
Material changes will be communicated to participants as required by those terms and applicable law.
12. Support and complaints
Use the support and complaint route in section 27 of the Pulsar Money Terms and Conditions for campaign questions, entry concerns or reward discrepancies.
When contacting support, include your submission link and a clear description of the issue.
